PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
All Trident Marine prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
- Trident Marine prices are subject to alteration without notice and the price payable by the customer for the goods/services ordered shall be the price ruling at the date the goods/services are dispatched for delivery to the customer.
- If the goods/services are sent or performed overseas, the price and other moneys due from the customer shall be paid in New Zealand currency unless expressly agreed to by Trident Marine in writing.
- Payment for goods/services shall be made in full without any deduction or set-off
- Trident Marine stock all items advertised, however we reserve the right not to accept any orders or to cancel confirmed orders for products that are no longer available or are out of stock. In such am event we will inform you by e-mail and any payments will be refunded.
SHIPPING.
Unless specified, your order will be shipped via the most economical carrier which is typically New Zealand Couriers in New Zealand and DHL outside NZ (Outside NZ to be Quoted). Shipping costs will be added to your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION.
Any customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes that are levied by the shipper or importing country are the responsibility of the customer.
PROPERTY AND RISK.Risk (including insurance responsibility) shall pass to the customer on collection of the goods/services by the customer or on delivery by Trident Marine or agent acting on behalf of Trident Marine to a carrier for delivery to the customer.
Ownership of all goods/services sold by Trident Marine is retained by Trident Marine until full payment is received for all amounts owing in respect of all goods/services supplied. This provision is designed to protect Trident Marine in the event of the bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation of the customer, a seizure of goods/services by a creditor of the customer or default in payment. Such events and the filing of legal proceedings seeking any such event are subsequently referred to as ‘the said events’.
Until such payment is made the customer shall be only a fiduciary owner of the goods/services and the customer agrees to:
- Enable the goods/services to be readily identifiable as the property of Trident Marine.
- Maintain the goods/services so supplied in good order and condition and to return the goods/services immediately if called upon to do so by Trident Marine.
In the event of default in payment on the due date, for which time is strictly of the essence, or in any of the other said events the customer shall at the request of Trident Marine hand to Trident marine the said goods/services or such of the goods/services as had not been sold AND Trident Marine is authorised by the customer to enter any premises on which the goods/services may be located and to recover the same
The customer hereby agrees to meet all costs of, and any incidentals in the recovery of the said goods/services as well as any shortfalls between the amount owing and the value of the goods/services recovered.
RETURNS
Goods Supplied in accordance with the customer’s order can only be returned with the express approval of Trident Marine, or as otherwise required by law.
In order to return goods the customer is to submit in writing within 10 days from the date of supply a request to return the goods.
Where the goods are accepted for credit they are to be returned at the customers expense to Trident Marines Warehouse.
Trident Marine reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee on any Credit.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us and we will not do anything to violate your trust. We treat customer information as strictly confidential and so it is never revealed to third parties.
DISCLAIMER
Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for, incorrect photos or typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
LAW
The contract and these conditions of sale shall be governed by New Zealand Law and the New Zealand Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection herewith.
DISPUTES
In the event that any part of an invoice is disputed, the amount not under question shall be paid promptly according to applicable payment terms. Any claims or disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (1980) of New Zealand.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
All products sold by Trident Marine are covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty, should you have a warranty failure then you must submit a return for warranty replacement to service@tridentmarine.co.nz, Trident Marine will issue a Return number and process the claim as quickly as possible.
